Autodocs has years of experience in carrying out major projects both on an off site for highly prestigious organisations around the world.

We successfully carried out the 1911 Census Scanning project for the National Archive in Kew London, scanning and processing over 8.1 million pages over an 18 month period.

We also scanned and processed the 1911, 1921 and 1931 Census Scanning project for the General Register Office for Scotland over a period of 9 months using both on and off-site operational teams producing digital output to the highest of standards.

The organisation also carried out a major part of the ETHOS project for the British Library, scanning/OCR-ing and publishing over 11k of the most valuable thesis that were stored in major university libraries throughout the UK.

Automated Document Services won the highly prestigious contract to carry out on site scanning and digitisation of all paper records for the United Nations in both Geneva and Budapest when the UNHCR department moved its main operational base from Geneva to the new location.

Autodocs assisted and project managed the set up for brightsolid of the British Library commissioning of the Newspaper Digitisation Project at Colindale, London. This is a major long term project which will ultimately result in over 100,000 million pages being made available via digital content to members of the public over the next 10 years.
